If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return most items within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the product category).
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
Personal care & hygiene products
Undergarments & swimwear
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Customized or personalized products
If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on its product page.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you’d like to exchange your product for the same item, please contact our support team before returning it.
